Potentially, every decision, starting with forum layout could be made with a community vote and that might be OK in the set up phase and maybe to create a set of policies, but from then on it might be best to offer feedback to an "Admin / Moderator" committee to decide on a day to day basis. I expect we could adopt some boilerplate Ts&Cs from another forum (perhaps even the old one?) and tweak as we see fit rather than write policies from the ground up. If anyone else fancies a bit of moderating, you could join the forum management committee.
