Make sure you have an SSL proxy configured (see https://docs.webosarchive.org/proxysetup/)
Install an RSS reader (FeedReader was used in this example)
Add the following feed to your RSS reader: forums.weboslives.eu/atom
Profit!

Is there a way to do this on other devices? I added the feed to a couple of readers, but they say they can't see it. Maybe it's to do with the proxy? Which I'm not using…

preemptive it requires the proxy. I can create an http version (i.e. proxy-less) in April.

Now there's an app just for this (and a couple other webOS news sources):

For some reason the initial fetch of feeds runs a long time without appearing to complete. Give it a few minutes, swipe away the app and re-launch, and it'll finish. I'm not sure if every full refresh will have this issue, so hit that reload button periodically (and repeat the procedure) to make sure you're seeing the latest.
