Thanks to @codepoet80's backup, I was able to restore the Precentral feed to http://weboslives.eu/feeds/precentral
A number of icons and screenshots have been also recovered:

Poking around some of the feed Packages files I have found a way to properly display icons and screenshots from the webOS App Museum II:
Additionally, the most recent apps have been also added to the feed.
How to access the updated feeds?
Tap Update Feeds in your Preware, or add the feeds manually if you are on an older version of Preware: GitHub README.
